Did you know?

This little activity was at my writing center this week:
(I apologize for the shadows- I took each picture at different angles and it didn't matter what I did or what angle, that dang shadow wouldn't leave.)

The kids shared a fact they learned (about Texas symbols)  but they had to present it as a "Did you know . . .?" question.  If you would like a copy of the paper they wrote on, you can grab a copy for yourself HERE.
